When should I review my existing will?

It's important to periodically review ones will believe it or not statutes do actually change. It's always important to review the will if you move from one state to another state because the probate laws and the will laws are state-by-state. So, if you have a will in one state and then move to another one. It doesn't necessarily mean that your wishes will still be fulfilled. Even though you have a valid will also one should review their will if you have it an important change in status for example: if someone is divorced, if you have a child or other life situations like that.
