What is the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) and the Uniform Fraudelent Conveyance Act (UFCA)?

The uniform probably transfers act is a statute that prohibits a dead or someone who's being sued from transferring assets to prevent someone from collecting on their judgment. That's why it's important to see an asset protection attorney before you make the transfers it may be the assets ones transferring such as, the homestead or retirement accounts are already exempt and there's no reason to transfer them. Whereas by transfer thing not only do they lose their protection but the person to whom they're transferred may be sued as well.
