What is a guardian ad litem?
A guardian Ad Litem is someone who is appointed to represents a ward for a specific purpose usually litigation. So, this is someone that is general not a guardian over the property of a ward or general guardian of a person over the ward but is a guardian that is appointed for a specific purpose usually litigation.
