Who keeps track of what the guardian is doing?

One of the advantages and disadvantages of a guardianship is the cost. That's because the clerk of the court supervises what the guardian does, as it relates to the guarding of the person they're required to take education classes on how to perform their duties and they're required to file annual reports with a guardianship plan for the care of the ward. Guardians of the finances are also required to take an education class and they're required to file at least annual reports of the finances. Those reports are reviewed by an auditor at the clerk of the court and by the court. So, if these are not promptly filed notices or sent to the guardians.
