Do I need to make a provision in my will for my pets?

Whether or not one needs to make a provision for their pets in their will is a fact-specific question. Someone may have close family members or friends who the person can trust to care for their pets in that event. There is no reason to put it in the will on the other hand Florida law does allow for provisions for the pet to be in the will if one desires that.
